1. Q: What do I have to do to use the service CellMax?

Answer:
It is very easy. Before making a call, dial the access number (514 XXX-XXXX).  You will get a busy line. Cellmax hangs up automatically the line, and will call you back. Answer and dial the number you wish to reach. For a faster use of the access number, we recommend you to save the number in a one touch dialing.
 

2. Q: Do I have to communicate with my cell phone company?

Answer:
No. You don’t have to do it because Cellmax doesn’t interfere with your cell phone services. All you need to do is to subscribe to Cellmax and we’ll activate your number.

3. Q: If I do not have the unlimited incoming calls, could I still benefit from Cellmax?

Answer:
Unfortunately, the main condition to use Cellmax is to have the unlimited incoming calls in your cell phone package. And they have to be at all time and not only during the evenings or the weekends.

4. Q: When would I have to make phone calls with CellMax?

Answer:
You can make phone calls 24 hours, 7 days a week, and 365 days.  As long as, you are subscribed to Cellmax.

5. Q: Is the CellMax offer legal?

Answer:
Yes! Yes! The Cellmax service is legal. Cellmax gives you the opportunity to profit from the advantages of the cell phone company; it will not charge you for the busy lines or the not completed calls, neither for the incoming calls. And that’s when Cellmax comes in.

6. Q: Do I have to change my cell number to use CellMax?

Answer:
No. The services and the functions that your provider offers you won’t change. Cellmax exploit only one of the advantages that you have, which is the unlimited incoming call, to turn your outgoing calls unlimited.

7. Q: Could I use Cellmax out of my local zone?

Answer:
No. Because your cell phone provider will invoice your interurban calls. Inside of your local zone, call as you want and as you can.

8. Q: Am I charged for each call when I use Cellmax?

Answer:
No. The only expense that you will pay is the fixed price of Cellmax.

9. Q: How is the service Cellmax invoiced?

Answer:
The Cellmax service is a service that you can subscribe to for a period of your choice, from one month package. The Cellmax service automatically renews at the end of each period, except if u decided to cancel your subscription or if you do not pay.
 

10. Q: If I ever forget to dial the number Cellmax, what will it happen?

Answer:
Your call will be completed but at the price of your package that you have with your cell phone provider. It is very important to ensure that you have dialed the Cellmax number, so you will have the unlimited outgoings.

11. Q: If I subscribe, how long will it take for my number to be activated?

Answer:
The activation of the cell phone numbers for the Cellmax service is done during the 24hours period following the reception of your order, from Monday to Saturday from 8h to 18h ( East coast time) or the day after before 10h. The instructions for the use of the service will be sent with the confirmation.

13. Q: What do I need to do to sign up to the Cellmax services?

Answer:
You can subscribe to the Cellmax service:

Online:
-In a very safe way, you can subscribe online. Once you have completed the subscription you can pay by credit card, or with PayPal or even with interact. With all the made transactions, you click on Subscribe.

By Fax:
You can subscribe yourself by fax by downloading the purchase order. All you will need to do is follow the instructions mentioned inside of the purchase order.
